Technically its no different from google, i mean I can find cracks and warez by a simply search. Of course media companies don't give a crap, but I'd imagine it would be very, very hard to close a mule server down.
Remember Razorback 1 (The original) only closed because it was an unused server that they eventually got round to using for its primary purpose.
only places I think they've nabbed ed2k servers are the states, denmark and perhaps the netherlands if memory serves me... normally it doesn't lol

yeah, that's all fine and dandy, but with ed2k now being the most used p2p app, the bastards are bound to go hunting. Strange that there hasn't been more attacks actually.
On a little sidenote: they just busted a huge DC server here in norway. It was found in the buildings of the ISP themselves, placed there by a friend of an employee.
A "huge" DC server is still only a decimal compared to Razorback.
