I hope that someone can help...Its driving my girlfriend nuts trying to remember what this is!
A woman living in a city in the U.S is being chased by a bald headed man (not bruce willis!)
One of the scenes involves a van which has a picture of a smiling woman on the side and half of the smile is torn away.
The bald man also appears (when the woman wakes up and thinks that it was all a dream) next to her in bed.
At the end the baldy man falls from a multi-story and dies.
That's it .... a bit sketchy I know but that's all I got!
