The official movie poster of the movie adaptation of the Bloodrayne game has surfaced and features the blood-sucker herself and the faces of Ben Kingsley and Michael Madsen. We also have the first movie stills from the movie, starring Kristanna Loken, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Rodriguez, Michael Madsen, Will Sanderson, Matt Davis, Udo Kier, Michael Pare and Geraldine Chaplin.

We, unfortunately, predict that the movie will not be much better than Mr. Boll's previous similar efforts and will once again ask all gamers to join us into a collective chant and beg Mr. Boll to accept Bloodrayne as the final gaming sacrifice on his altar of bad taste. For all that is good and decent in this world, please save Far Cry Mr. Boll.
Now that we have that out of our system, here's alittle summary of the movie, placing some of the actors into context:

The film, much like the game, is based on the sexy, supernatural huntress named BloodRayne (Loken), an unholy breed of human and vampire called the dhampir. She is powerful and carries an intense lust for blood and action. Trained by a secret agency called the Brimstone Society which hunts down and eliminates supernatural threats around the globe, BloodRayne is confronted by the deadliest of all creatures, the powerful and evil Kagan, King of the Vampires (Kingsley). Davis portrays Sebastian and Madsen is Vladimir, two of the greatest vampire hunters. Rodriguez plays Katarin, who runs the local Brimstone Society chapter.

judging from the costumes and make-up on the stills this movie cost about 100 bucks (catering included) :matrix:

i'm not much surprised by the appearence of Rodriguez and Kingsley, but why the hell is Michael Madsen in this trash? doesn't he have anything better to do?

yeah, she looks vicious. oh well, with the right amount of airbrush action, her looks can be quite deceiving on magazine covers :eatthis:

cone on guys, madsen is now a long timer in the 'renowned but doomed-2-stay-b-grade actors guild'..
that seems to be bolls preferred casting pool nowadays; established names with no real career anymore (if it wasnt for boll the saviour  )
slater and dorff in AITD, now this cast, i wonder who will be in "hunter:the reckoning"; eric roberts as a twisted scientist and robert englund as his frankenstein creature type sidekick ?
donald sutherland is said to be in it, thats for sure.

i hope my man bruce campbell will never fall into the uwe-boll-death trap (wouldnt really hurt him either tho, anyone remember assault on dome 4, tornado or mc hales navy ? ;) thats 'boll-quality' category right there  )

Made by Uwe Bollocks it still would be... well, balls :?

It makes me wonder - what the hell does he do with all the money he gets, if his movies, apart from being what they are, also look ridiculously cheap (come on, rubber dildos for swords?)? Pays his staff extras and tells them to go vote 10s on IMDb or write positive reviews for his 'crimes against filmography'?

Didn't know, how to put it :? "Shite" just isn't shite enough to describe, whatever it is he's making... :outsider: He's like a tumor. :o

And there I though it was Anderson (after "watching" AvP), who discovered the best anti-piracy protection - "to make movie so badly sucky that nobody would want to rip it". But he's got nothing on Bollocks.

Even the thought of it is scary...

That would be perfect to be honest.....It is both a remake of an old movie and a Powerman 5k song. Both they could rape until only bones are left....yep...sounds about right

I actually liked that movie (nostalgia  ), so I'd prefer if they'd rape each other instead - with those dildo swords for example (or retractable batons, model ASP 21). If this was the case of Bollocks movie, I really don't think it would make much of a difference (Anderson IIRC made at least one half decent TV movie in the past). This Blood Rayne already looks like a cheap latex softcore Gorex/Tomb Raider knock-off. :?

Coincidentally there is a remake of The Worlds Collide in the making, but fortunately none of them is involved. It's by that guy responsible for The Mummy/Scorpion King, so it might at least be funny.

At least it will have a budget....I hope they don't fuck the old classic up to bad...But I have learned not to expect anything at all from recent remakes. :)

Uwe Boll is a genius, only a genius could made Kristanna Loken look so unattractive.

Boll has got a budget of $60 million for his next film Dungeon Siege, the studios would be better of flushing the money straight down the shitter than give it to that wanker.

He's also just bought the rights to the game Postal, only a matter of time before we get Tetris The Movie.

Postal?
Now that is FUCKED UP!!
Great way to ruin that game for me...There is no possible way that someone of his"ahem"stature could even come close to the violence depicted in the game.
