just interesting.. :?
i can sayl several reasons
well, some movies r scary. i like that.
sometimes it's cool to scream a bit (Ringu, the Others, darkwater)
some have naked babes.. dead naked babys.. for me it's better than pr0n.. (blood sucking freaks, hollywood chainsaw hookers, Magdalena and so on)
some has very interesting ideas... little gems... (ebola syndrome, Hellraser, ringu, sinful dwarf  )

and the main reason.. i am pretty tired of all those pop movies and dramas... so many of them r just silly..
and when u watch B-horror movie u dont expect anything.. and really enjoy...
that's why i watch only horrors and comedies.. i'm jsut relaxing...
and i dl dramas or actions if they r really good movies...

Yikes! I hope you meant "babes" :-)

To your question, why I like horror movies?
Dunno really, but my guess is that evil is more interesting than boring romance and that other crap!

ah, i just pretend u spell stuff wrong because you have a hook for a hand, not cause you speak a different language than english.

yeah and your other hand (is a chainsaw?, nope) is an alligator. with rabies.

just kidding, but u do kind of scare me.

so, how much of this like of sick/twisted/perfectly normal degradation stuff gets into your regualar lives? i suppose a somewhat sane person would reply along the lines of 'nothing, of course, i watch horror just for entertainment, it has no basis in reality or in my life in the least bit!"

i'm just curious how you all would answer that.
example-
"well, let me take the gimp out of the footlocker i keep him in. he's a bit soggy because its filled with piss. I cant reply much to you monkeysmasher, i'm late for my job at the daycare center and/or church."

I think for me it has always been the gore...I have tried to go back and retrace my horror beginning through childhood and realised I have always liked this stuff.Perhaps my parents did alot of drugs or it's a genetic gift.
To answer monkeys question: Yeah I am thinking as the years go by this sort of thing is rubbing off on me.At least that is what the victims err i should say guests say when I invite them for dinner and a movie.By the way..I have no gimp..but I do have a dwarf.

i just wonder how close is how people present themselves here, and how they do in 'real life'. prayer, to me you seem like someone who goes around breaking people kneecaps who owe u drug/boomaking money, or maybe a telemarketer. probably not some kind of politician, senator, or exotic dancer. i read somewhere earlier you have to go to work at 9am, so i guess probably have a job were u interact with people. of, course work schedules are probably different in countries besides my own, but 9am is usually not a starting time of factory work or food services, more like a goverment job, salesman, or clerk type stuff.

am i anywhere near close?
eh, just wondering. its a hobby, i try to match people by what they right. i'm almost always wrong.

'nah, she's not dead. still in the 'entertainment room' i made in my basement. had to cut out her larnyx with a pair of boltcutter(she kept the kids up). after drilling that hole into her frontal lobe she really started to behave, so i started feeding her. this relationship needed mutual cooperation, and now we are a happy family since we got our dwarf.'

Does that mutual cooperation involve using that hole in her head?
You have to watch out for dwarves...they are foul little creatures that will stick it in anything they can...I have seen them in action and it ain't pretty.

cant say ive ever seen anything pretty on a dwarf. the stubby arms and little legs are a bit odd looking, to me at least. nothing against dwarves, just i have a fear of people who dont have necks.
