I have 2 finished .avi's, but I need to strip the audio from one of them, and import it from the other one.
What would be the easiest way to do this?

personally i would use nandub to strip the audio in the first avi and then save the movie with no audio....then the other avi i would save the audio as a wav file then use besweet to encode to mp3...go back to the audio stripped avi and then show it to the mp3 file and save both together

[edit] but then you may have sync problems to deal with if i'm guessing that you wanted to change a language somewhere along the line?

hmm... ok. But do I have to save the 2nd audio as .wav? Aint there a simpler way to just extract the .mp3?

Another vote for vdubmod coming from me
Using it all the time and works like a charm.

Just go into Streamlist select the Audio stream and demux to .mp3 .wav or whatever you like
then load new .avi add the ripped audio stream then deselecting the old one and save the .avi
- takes only a few minutes
